Your BSP Package sounds good - what if I want to add more content later such as additional products and services?

That is no problem - any additional pages and content can be added and depending on the extent of such additions we can increase the Disk Space allocation from the standard 20 MB to accommodate this.

Are your servers kept up to date in terms of software and security?

Our servers on which we host your website and mail exchanger are state of the art and actively managed and supervised 24 hours a day.

Software used on the servers is kept up to date and upgraded as and when necessary and as recommended by software vendors.

What about the FREE updates - how does this work?

It works just as we advertise - no catches! Any pages which exist within your website may be updated at any time without attracting any charge.All that we ask is that you send such content (text/images) to us by e-mail or on disk.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by EFT, Cash or Cheque. If you wish to pay by credit card we can accommodate this with advance notice.

Can I pay monthly by debit order?

Unfortunately banking rules have changed in recent years in respect of debit orders - the process of setting up these instruments has become more complex and for the vendor such as ourselves, much more costly.

We do however offer a payment plan with payments on a three-monthly(quarterly) schedule.

The package offers 5 e-mail accounts, but I need more than that - can I get these?

Certainly - just let us know what you need and we can implement this at any time. Charges for additional mails do apply but these are low.

Some of my staff do a lot of travelling on busness and need to access and handle e-mail whilst on the move, without having a laptop and wireless internet - any solution to this?

Our servers offer sophisticated web-mail facilities. Web mail is accessed from any internet-connected computer (such as a client's computer or even an internet cafe) in any location worldwide. Your staff simply login online using a browser, just like viewing any website. Once logged in with their secure username and password, email can be read, replied to, new mails composed and sent and so on.

Why does your service include 'monitoring' of my website? Is this necessary?

Any publicly accessible website can be subject to attacks (termed 'hacking') which may have ill-effects on functionality and appearance. In extreme cases, without the monitoring and management overview that we provide, this can be an embarrassment to the company concerned as the illegally changed website, perhaps containing objectionable material placed there by the intruders, remains visible for lengthy periods before it is noticed or reported!
